We respect intellectual property rights. Using Nonstop VPN to download or share copyrighted material without permission, including through BitTorrent and other peer-to-peer networks, is forbidden by our Terms of Service.

Our role

Nonstop VPN only passes encrypted traffic between users and the internet. We do not host, store or index any user content. Because we keep no activity logs, we usually cannot link a connection at a given time to a specific account.

Sending a notice

If you believe your work is being infringed through our service, write to support@nonstopvpn.com with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • a description of the copyrighted work;
  • the server IP address, date, time (with time zone) and port of the activity;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in the notice is accurate.

What we do

We review every valid notice, take technical measures on the affected server to block such traffic, and, where we can identify an account that repeatedly breaks the rules, we suspend or close it.

  • adınız ve iletişim bilgileriniz;
  • telif hakkıyla korunan eserin açıklaması;
  • etkinliğin sunucu IP adresi, tarihi, saati (saat dilimiyle) ve portu;
  • kullanımın izinsiz olduğuna iyi niyetle inandığınıza ve bildirimdeki bilgilerin doğru olduğuna dair beyan.

Ne yapıyoruz

Her geçerli bildirimi inceler, ilgili sunucuda bu tür trafiği engellemek için teknik önlemler alır ve kuralları tekrar tekrar ihlal eden bir hesabı tespit edebildiğimizde askıya alır veya kapatırız.
