This agreement is made electronically between the seller and the buyer under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It is accepted when the buyer ticks the confirmation box and completes the payment on the payment page.

2. Buyer

The person who completes the payment, identified by the Nonstop account email entered on the payment page.

3. Subject

The subject is the Nonstop VPN subscription (Basic, Silver or Gold) for the period chosen by the buyer (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), with the features described on the website, at the price shown on the payment page at the time of purchase.

4. Price and payment

Prices include applicable taxes and are shown in US dollars. For customers in Türkiye, the price in Turkish lira including 20% VAT is shown next to it and payment is taken in TL. The current prices are:

• Basic: $2.99 (179 TL in Türkiye) for 1 month, $8.97 (537 TL in Türkiye) for 3 months, $17.04 (1.020 TL in Türkiye) for 6 months, $32.29 (1.933 TL in Türkiye) for 12 months
• Silver: $6.99 (419 TL in Türkiye) for 1 month, $20.97 (1.257 TL in Türkiye) for 3 months, $39.84 (2.388 TL in Türkiye) for 6 months, $75.49 (4.525 TL in Türkiye) for 12 months
• Gold: $9.99 (599 TL in Türkiye) for 1 month, $29.97 (1.797 TL in Türkiye) for 3 months, $56.94 (3.414 TL in Türkiye) for 6 months, $107.89 (6.469 TL in Türkiye) for 12 months

Discounts: 5% for 6 months, 10% for 12 months.

Payment is made once, by Visa or Mastercard card, on the payment page of the website and is confirmed with 3D Secure by the bank. The subscription does not renew automatically. Card details are sent to the bank over an encrypted connection and are not stored by the seller.

5. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically. The subscription is activated on the Nonstop account with the buyer’s email immediately after the payment is confirmed (at the latest within 24 hours). No physical goods are delivered and there are no delivery costs. If there is no account with that email yet, the subscription is attached when the buyer first signs in to the app with it.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, and under Article 15(1)(h) to services started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends. The buyer approves that the service starts right after payment. Even so, the seller voluntarily gives a full refund for the first website purchase on an account if requested within 14 days, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Obligations of the parties

The seller provides the service as described and in line with the Terms of Service. The buyer gives a correct email address and uses the service according to the Terms of Service and the law.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to support@nonstopvpn.com. The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

9. Effect

The buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form and this agreement before payment. The seller’s records are evidence in case of dispute. A copy of the agreement remains available on this page.
